  • Coming soon to iPhone, Android and the web

How EndoLady works

Know your pain. Find what helps.
Show your doctor.

Check-in

Pin down where
and how it hurts.

One tap on a bad day. When you have a minute more: where on a body map, how it feels, endo belly, bowel and bladder, bleeding. Your pain calendar builds itself.

  • Body map and how it feels, with icons
  • Bloating, bowel and bladder, bleeding, sleep
  • Fill in yesterday if today got away from you
Check-in screen with a body map and symptom chips.
Experiments

Find your triggers.
And what really helps.

Triggers are personal. Test one change for two weeks, like no dairy or a walk after dinner, and get an honest answer from your own days, even “no clear difference.”

  • Compared on the same days of your cycle
  • How sure we are, in plain words
  • Safety questions before anything you swallow
A two-week food experiment and its result card.
Patterns

Know when your
hard days come.

Pain, bloating and sleep, lined up by cycle day. Clearer every cycle you log, so you can plan around your hard days instead of being ambushed by them.

  • What usually comes before your worst days
  • Layers for bleeding, bloating, pain relief and mood
  • Patterns in your own log, never a diagnosis

For your doctor

Show your doctor
what you live with.

A summary from your log, made for a 10-minute appointment: pain by day, where it hurts, what you tried and how it went, and your questions, in your own words.

  • Your first minute, written for you

And what to say if you feel unheard.

  • After the visit, add notes

Your next summary starts with what changed.

  • You choose what’s in it

Share a PDF or print it. Nothing is sent unless you send it.

With your face, fingerprint or passcode. Private, even if someone picks up your phone.

And for the days in between

Gentle help for the rest of your cycle

For hard days

Waiting for relief?
Munch some cramps.

Cramp Muncher is a slow little game inside your hard-day plan. Something kind to do while you wait for relief to kick in.

Your uterus has jokes now.

Memes, permission slips and stickers to send when words are too much. Only the card is shared, never your log.

Not in the mood? Turn playful touches off in Settings.
